      Order History

      View order history and order status

      View Order History

      1. To view your organization's pooled testing order history, log on to the Ginkgo Biosecurity website signed in as a Test Champion.
        **Note: Pooled supply order history is visible from October 24th onward. For all other supplies, orders placed on or after October 31st will appear here.
      2. Go to the “Test Locations” tab and click “Order History”.
      3. View your order history, which includes:
        1. Order date
        2. Who placed the order
        3. What was in the order
        4. Status

      Order Status

      Order Submitted: An order has been submitted into the Portal, and you can expect supplies to arrive within 2 weeks of the order date.

      Cancelled: The order has been cancelled.
