When creating a new password, please follow the requirements below.
A new password must include:
- At least 10 characters
- At least 3 of these different character types:
- Lower-case letters
- Upper-case letters
- Numbers
- Special characters
Example of a password to use (do not use this one): Pathogen!p0wer
A new password cannot:
- Match one of your last 5 passwords
- Match any of the 10,000 most commonly used passwords in our database
- Include your name, birthday, or any other personal information associated with your account
Example of a password that is not valid: password1
